The movie begins with a child and his wind-up music box, playing outside as the snow gently falls in a winter wonderland. But evil forces try to take over the innocent child in the form of a sudden violent blizzard. The horror fails to have any effect, as the child blissfully continues to play. Dissonance succumbs to harmony. The flute and a beautiful choir symbolize the triumph of purity, which prevails long after the music-box ends its simple melody.
